- In-Store and On-Site Service
- We offer customers the choice of bringing their computers in for repair or having a technician come on-site for service work. We have field tech's as well as in-house tech's to suite your needs. If you prefer to make an appointment and have a tech come on-site to repair your machines, we have tech's available for that. Or if you would like faster service, you can bring your computer in to have one of our in-house tech's do the job for you. If we are backed up, we do offer emergency services for an extra fee.
- Remote Service
- If you like we can even repair your computer over the Internet. If you have a high speed Internet connection, and can get to the Internet, we may be able to repair your computer from our office and not have to send a technician to you, or have you bring it in to our office. Be aware that not all problems can be solved remotely, but often we will be able to tell you that over the phone. All you have to do is contact us to set up remote support. Once you have been instructed to to so, just click the link to the right, and follow the simple instructions to give us access to your computer.
- Telephone Support
- Your questions are always welcome. Call us if you have questions, we can probably give you answers right over the phone. Bear in mind that not all problems can be solved that easily, but we will do what we can to help you.
